Health & wellness coaching is the process of working 1:1 with a coach in weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions to dream about your healthiest self and develop a clear road map to get there. A health & wellness coach doesn't just help you set goals, but they encourage you and hold you accountable to reach them. Coaching is a proven, effective way to improve your overall health!
How much does coaching cost?
Pricing is based on the coaching package and duration you choose. Schedule a free, no-commitment 20 minute phone consultation to discuss specifics and find the right package to meet your needs!
Where are you located?
I'm based in San Diego, California, but coaching happens remotely via phone or video meeting. My clients live all over!
Do I have to commit to a specific meal plan or exercise program to work with you?
Absolutely not! Coaching is designed to focus on what is most important to you. As part of our work together, I will review your well being assessment results, food intake, and overall goals and make suggestions personally tailored to your needs.
Why work with a coach? Couldn't I just read a self-help book or listen to a podcast?
Self-help books and other resources are incredibly helpful and provide so much valuable information. Unfortunately, without accountability and encouragement, many people find themselves unable to implement the strategies they learn from those resources. Coaching provides you with a custom, tailored-to-you road map and encouragement and accountability along the way. With a coach, you are more likely to reach your goals and make healthy habits a permanent part of your life!
What types of clients do you work with?
I work with clients of all ages and life stages who want to feel better but don't know where to start. My clients are motivated, energetic, and passionate and want to (sometimes for the first time!) channel that energy toward improving their own health and well being.
