About me

After receiving my bachelor’s degree from New York University, I worked for many years in the nonprofit industry. Under a lot of stress from a demanding job and personal challenges, I dealt with fatigue and digestive symptoms which led me to seek support from a private practice doctor and health coach. She spent time listening and learning about me and catalyzed my journey toward improving my symptoms and health from the ground up.

In 2019, after completing my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training, I decided to go back to school to pursue my master’s degree in nutrition. Today I have completed over 200 hours of college and master’s level nutrition coursework and over 100 hours of coaching training from the most reputable health coach training institutes in the country.

When I think about the people in my life — myself, my family, my closest friends — I think about how we all have stories of feeling dismissed by healthcare providers, or of times when we were rushed through an appointment and our symptoms were described as “normal”. Most of us don’t have the time with providers that we would like to discuss important contributors to symptoms like nutrition, activity levels, and stress. I’m hoping to change that by working 1:1 with you to identify nutrition and lifestyle changes that help you reach your goals.

My extensive training in nutrition, yoga and mindfulness, and behavior change allows me to take a holistic approach to working with clients. Let’s achieve better health together.
