1 : 1 Health Coaching Includes


-Full 360 evaluation of your overall health and wellness

-Concrete 3-month, monthly, and weekly nutrition and lifestyle goals that move you toward your vision

-Stress management, mind-body connection, and overall lifestyle support

-Increased self confidence, self awareness, and personal growth

More specifically…

  • Every client begins their journey here. In our first session, we spend 90 minutes reviewing the results of your comprehensive well being assessment, identifying bright spots and challenges, and discussing focus areas for our work together. Finally, we brainstorm and dream about your best possible health and well being.

  • Following your 90-minute introductory session, we meet biweekly for 45 minutes each (6 sessions total). During our meetings, we review goal progress, troubleshoot challenges, and spend the time discussing whatever is most important to you in that moment. While coaching follows a general roadmap, as your coach, I will always be listening, observing, and reflecting to help you discover what might be getting in the way of you achieving your goals.

  • While most clients start with the 3-month coaching package, 6-month coaching is available to allow more time for creating and sustaining healthy habits. If you select the 6-month option, following your 90-minute introductory session, we meet biweekly for 45 minutes each for 12 sessions total. This option follows the same format as the 3-month option, but with the opportunity to maintain an accountability partner as you discover how to make your habits stick.

  • Existing clients can access 45 minute drop-in sessions on an as-needed basis for an additional fee.

  • Existing clients can email me with questions or concerns at any time and I will respond within 48 hours, at no additional cost.

What 1:1 coaching does not offer…

  • Gimmicks and quick fixes

  • One-size-fits-all approach

  • Supplement protocols, detoxes, or “cleanses”

  • Medical diagnoses or treatments

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy services
